이용약관

본 약관은 내땅있땅(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 조건과 절차, 이용자와 서비스 제공자의 권리·의무를 규정합니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 개요

서비스는 실제 지도 데이터를 배경으로 가상의 땅(픽셀)을 사고 키우는 위치 기반 캐주얼 게임입니다. 지도상의 위치·지명은 표시 목적이며 실제 부동산 소유나 권리와 무관합니다.

2. 인게임 재화(코인)

게임 내 코인은 인게임 재화이며 현금 가치가 없고, 환전·환불되지 않습니다.
코인은 게임 진행, 광고 시청, 이벤트 등을 통해 지급될 수 있습니다.
서비스 종료 시 잔여 코인은 소멸하며 별도 보상되지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

변조·자동화 도구·비정상적 접근 등 부정한 방법으로 이용하지 않습니다.
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령·공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않습니다.
위반 시 이용이 제한되거나 계정이 정지될 수 있습니다.

4. 광고

서비스는 Google AdMob을 통한 배너·보상형 광고를 포함할 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고 시청 시 인게임 보상이 지급될 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스의 변경·중단

서비스는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 사전 고지 후 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 불가피한 경우 사후 고지할 수 있습니다.

6. 책임의 한계

서비스는 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(인증·DB·광고) 장애 등 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

These Terms govern your use of MyTurf (the "Service"), including the conditions of use and the rights and obligations of users and the provider. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The Service is a location-based casual game in which you buy and grow virtual land (pixels) over real map data. Map locations and place names are shown for display purposes only and are unrelated to real-world property ownership or rights.

2. In-Game Currency (Coins)

In-game coins are virtual currency. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Coins may be granted through gameplay, watching ads, events, and similar activities.
Upon termination of the Service, any remaining coins expire without separate compensation.

3. User Obligations

Do not use the Service through tampering, automation tools, or abnormal access.
Do not infringe the rights of others or act against applicable laws or public order.
Violations may result in restricted use or account suspension.

4. Advertising

The Service may include banner and rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Watching rewarded ads may grant in-game rewards.

5. Changes & Discontinuation

The Service may be changed or discontinued for operational or technical reasons with prior notice, or with subsequent notice where unavoidable.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as force majeure or failures of third-party services (authentication, database, advertising).
